The way we do a bathroom renovation:

• The business owner, Dave Singleton, will come to your home for a free consultation about your bathroom renovation or bathroom refresh project. He will listen to what you want, take exact measurements, and offer experienced advice when required before providing you with a formal written quote
• Dave will be on site every day. He is the job foreman, as well as the customer contact person for your bathroom renovation.
• Day one will be demolition day. we will remove all existing fixtures that you wish removed including floor tiles, walls above your tub or shower base, vanity, etc.
• We will work every day until the bathroom renovation is completed (Monday to Friday). No sub contractors are required on any of our jobs and as a result there are no delays or horror stories of a 6 month bathroom renovation!
• You pick out and have on site, (prior to us starting work), any finishing items you want to supply for your bathroom. Dave will provide you with a checklist of all items required to complete the agreed upon project.
• We will supply the construction materials needed to install your finishing items; for example, the plumbing supplies needed to install your new vanity.
•  All of our workers are paid hourly, and are instructed to complete each task perfectly.
• Even if you want to make changes to your original project scope, we will work with you to give you the bathroom of your dreams. Extra labor above the original quote is simply added, at only $85/hour.
• Upon completion of your bathroom renovation project, the work site is cleaned up. Dave will inspect your completed project with you, and confirm that all work has been completed to YOUR satisfaction. We guarantee all of our work for a period of one year.

Tub to Shower Conversions

• The business owner, Dave Singleton, will come to your home for a free consultation about your Tub to Shower conversion
• Dave will take exact measurements, and discusses with you what you want your finished shower to look like
• Dave will be on site every day. He is the job foreman, as well as the customer contact person for your conversion.
• We will work every day until the conversion is completed (Monday to Friday).
• You pick out and have on site (prior to us starting work) the tile you want us to use (regular tile plus accent strip tiles) and the new mixing valve/shower system, shower base etc.
• We will remove the old tub and faucet system, and install either an acrylic shower base or a tileable shower kit, depending on what YOU want!
• We supply the construction materials needed to do everything else.
• Typically, we can do a tub to shower conversion in 3-4 business days.
• Upon completion of your project, Dave will inspect your completed project  with you, and confirm that all work has been completed to YOUR satisfaction. We guarantee all of our work for a period of one year.
